About me

I’m Jay a pre-accredited counsellor holding a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS).

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I understand the importance of having a space where you feel accepted and respected. I am committed to providing counselling that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming to people of all identities.

Talking about your life and the challenges you are facing can sometimes feel unfamiliar or difficult. My role as a counsellor is to support and guide you, listening with care and intention to your lived experience.

I believe in the power of human connection and the importance of being truly heard.

My approach is humanistic and integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs. I recognise that every person is unique, and counselling is tailored to reflect that.

As a practitioner, I work in line with the ethical framework of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP), ensuring that my practice remains safe, professional, and client-centred.

You are welcome here, just as you are.
